Does the product have built-in AI or require an app?
No. The product does not have built-in AI and does not require an app. It works purely as an audio device, similar to your TWS earbuds.
Is it better than bone-conduction headphones?
Our product does not use bone-conduction technology. It delivers better sound quality and does not need to touch the skin, making it more comfortable and breathable for long wear.
What is the lens light transmission? Are the lenses polarized?
The lenses have 11% light transmission and are made from high-quality polarized PC material.
Can the product withstand drops?
Minor drops during sports may cause cosmetic scratches, but the electronic module is structurally locked and reinforced with adhesive, so the product’s functionality should not be affected. The frame is made from TR90 material, which is highly flexible and durable.
Does the price include taxes?
If the system selects local shipping, you will see the applicable sales tax at checkout. If the system selects shipping from our Hong Kong warehouse, the price shown is the final price, and we will cover any import duties or fees.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from our Hong Kong warehouse near the factory. Delivery typically takes 3–10 days depending on the destination, with tracking included.
